The story

It started with worn-out knives.

I'm Erik. I've always been mad about cooking, and over the years I've cut my way through a lot of knives. Eventually I ended up with Japanese steel — it simply cuts better, sits better in the hand, and with a little care it lasts for years.

Not a throwaway knife, but a tool you enjoy every single day. I wanted to bring that quality to the Netherlands. That's why I started Oni Craft.
